JuxtaCharge offers a 100-day money back guarantee on eligible purchases made directly through our official sales channels. We stand behind the quality and performance of our products and aim to provide a positive customer experience; however, individual results and experiences may vary, and JuxtaCharge makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, performance, or results derived from the use of our products.

Customers are encouraged to use the product for a minimum of fourteen (14) days from the date of confirmed delivery to allow for a fair and adequate evaluation period before initiating a return request. By purchasing from JuxtaCharge, you acknowledge and agree to this recommended trial period.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return under the 100-day money back guarantee, the request must be submitted within one hundred (100) days of the confirmed delivery date. All return requests are subject to review, verification, and approval at the sole discretion of JuxtaCharge.

Returned products must be in reasonable condition, as determined solely by JuxtaCharge. “Reasonable condition” includes, but is not limited to, the product not being intentionally damaged, excessively worn beyond normal use, or altered in any way that would prevent proper inspection. Where applicable, returned items should include all original components, accessories, and packaging unless otherwise approved.

JuxtaCharge reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions.


Return Authorization & Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact JuxtaCharge support via email to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

As part of the return process, JuxtaCharge may require proof of purchase, which may include, but is not limited to, the original purchase receipt, order confirmation number, transaction ID, billing name, or other identifying information associated with the purchase. JuxtaCharge reserves the sole right to determine whether the documentation provided constitutes valid proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the return request process. Failure to do so may result in delays or denial of the return.


Inspection & Approval

All returned items may be subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds will not be issued until the return has been received, inspected, and approved. JuxtaCharge reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a returned item meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.

In certain cases, JuxtaCharge may elect to issue a refund without requiring the return of the product. Conversely, JuxtaCharge may require the return of the product prior to issuing a refund. These determinations are made on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of JuxtaCharge.


Refund Processing

Once a return has been approved, refunds are typically processed within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers acknowledge that additional processing time may be required by their financial institution, credit card issuer, or payment provider before the refunded amount is reflected in their account.

For orders sold, shipped, or fulfilled outside of the United States, refund processing times may take up to fourteen (14) days or longer depending on the customer’s country of residence, banking systems, and international processing requirements.

Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated.


Return Shipping

Unless otherwise specified in writing, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any associated fees, duties, or taxes. JuxtaCharge is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method when returning products.


Non-Refundable Circumstances

JuxtaCharge reserves the right to refuse or deny any refund request under, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

  • Suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the return policy
  • Products not purchased directly from JuxtaCharge or its authorized sales channels
  • Returns involving items not sold by JuxtaCharge
  • Failure to provide valid proof of purchase
  • Returns submitted outside of the 100-day eligibility window
  • Items returned in unacceptable condition as determined by JuxtaCharge

JuxtaCharge does not issue refunds on behalf of third-party sellers, retailers, marketplaces, or unauthorized distributors.


Policy Abuse & Excessive Returns

JuxtaCharge reserves the right to limit, suspend, or deny return privileges to any customer who is found, in JuxtaCharge’s sole discretion, to be abusing or misusing the return policy. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive return requests, repeated refund claims, or behavior that indicates intent to exploit the policy.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from JuxtaCharge, customers agree to first contact JuxtaCharge support to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution or payment provider.

JuxtaCharge reserves the right to dispute, challenge, and provide evidence against any chargeback or payment dispute that is determined to be fraudulent, unwarranted, or inconsistent with this policy.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JuxtaCharge and its parent company, NEXT ENTREP L.L.C., shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, any JuxtaCharge product.

In all circumstances, the total liability of JuxtaCharge shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.


No Warranties Beyond Express Terms

Except as expressly stated in this policy, JuxtaCharge makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

JuxtaCharge reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Returns & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the policy periodically for any changes.

Continued use of JuxtaCharge products and services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


Governing Law

This Returns & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NEXT ENTREP L.L.C. is registered and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
